Based upon your needs & budget, we provide EASY to USE Page Creation solutions to make stunning yearbook pages, & no design skills are required. If you are a pro and prefer to use your own software, you can submit your pages using our PDF specfications as well. Our software includes hundreds of pre-designed layouts, fonts, & elements to make your yearbook pages look amazing. Making the Yearbook Experience SIMPLE

One deadline for all your yearbook pages makes our process SIMPLE since you no longer have to rush to submit some or half of your pages early! Since all pages are submitted at one time, you also get to choose your own page submission date, & we will let you know your delivery week. We can usually print & ship your book in less than a month.  Also, since we accept SPOA Formatted Yearbook Portrait files, you don't have to change school picture companies - just let them know early you need a PSPA/SPOA Formatted Yearbook Portrait File.  See below for more info.

Unlike other publishers, our time from submission of yearbook to delivery to school averages about 3 weeks or 15 business days. Occasionally, we may have a delay due to a production issue, but most delays are resolved quickly.

School Portrait Companies

Ask if they can provide you a portrait file for your yearbook !

Most reputable portrait companies do offer/provide schools the option of ordering a SPOA (School Photographers of America) school portrait file for school yearbook production process. PLEASE REVIEW ALL PORTRAIT COPYRIGHT INFO FROM THE PHOTOGRAPHY COMPANY. This service provides a TXT file with names of all students and teachers on campus as well as their school portrait file name. It is used in the yearbook creation process to automatically flow all images on your yearbook portrait pages with the click of a few buttons!

Services offered by most companies include the following photo services:  Fall Portraits, Spring Portraits, Cap & Gown Portraits, Sports Photography, Christmas/Santa Photos, etc. 

Here are a couple of notes you must be aware of:  

*Notify your portrait company immediately and weeks before your photo shoot data and let them know you will be needing a SPOA Portrait file for Yearbook Production - ASK IF THERE IS A FEE.


*Let them know you will need the images saved in the Large format size as per SPOA guidelines (sometimes called the "SENIOR or LARGE" size or 640 x 800 pixels in 300dpi at .8 aspect ratio)
*Determine if you will need a retake day for students who were absent or parents wanting retakes. 
*Please allow your portrait company time to prepare & deliver your completed SPOA formatted School Portrait file. Make a backup of the file so you can always have a digital copy should anything happen to the original file.

PLAN: Are you wanting a school yearbook or grade level book? Are you wanting a team book or group book? Will an adviser or team or student staff create the book? When would you like the book the arrive?

DECIDE ON COVERAGE: What content do you want your your yearbook to include? Imagine your yearbook divided into sections like Portraits, Campus Life & Events, Sports Teams, Clubs, Academics, & Ads. What would be included in each section? Here is a file that can help.

BUDGET/PAYING FOR PROJECT: Most funds used to pay for a yearbook project come from different areas: Yearbook Pre-Sales; Student and/or Business Ads or Sponsors; Add-On or Merchandise  Sales; & Fund Raising. Here is a budget planning tool that can help.

SPECIFICATIONS: Decide how many pages (divisible by 4) & how many books you would like for a quote, including the type of cover - hard cover or soft/card stock cover. GOOGLE FORM to allow us to prepare a quote.
